You will need to bring, a valid passport, valid visa which allows us to travel to a South African port of entry, any extra money, tickets.
The first day, we will spend at the conference center.
For breakfast, we will be eating a breakfast buffet at the Hotel, which is said to be the best breakfast in the area, and our cook will be Brenda. The buffet will include tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice, flavoured water, Appletiser and Grapetiser, pastries, muffins, home-made biscuits, sweets, and fresh fruit kebabs.
For lunch, we will be eating at the conference center where they will serve us potatoes, rice, carrots, pumpkins, cabbage, and tripe, which is a regional delicacy in South Africa.
For dinner, we will go to La Colombe which serves a variety of different dishes, Biltong which salty dried meat like beef, kudu or ostrich, Bunny Chow, which is bread curry stuffed with curry, Sosaties, which are what we know as kebabs, and Smoked Snoek, which is gamefish.
The second day we will spend on a Cape Peninsula Tour where will drive to Cape Point, passing mountains, coves and beaches of the Cape. First, we will stop at the fishing village of Hout Bay and continue onto the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where there are baboons on the road side, rheboks, zebras and other African mammals. The nature reserve forms one of only 6 floral kingdoms in the world. Following the coastline, we will return to Cape Town after lunch by way of Simons Town. Here will visit the penguin colonies at Boulders beach and continue our scenic drive over Muizenberg Mountain. Last we will visit the
