This study will focus on South Texas College. The reading designed to inform readers about the external, internal, strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat analysis (SWOT AND SWOC), and strategic planning of South Texas College. The community college offers a dual enrollment and drop out programs for students in high school. These programs function throughout the areas of Starr’s and Hidalgo’s counties. Internships are offered to the high school students so they can pursue their education in the Science career field. The college is the home for the North American Manufacturing Research and Education Initiative.
McAllen has a NBA Developmental team called the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. The NBA team draws in more income to help out the city’s economy. The Vipers are an affiliate team of the Houston Rockets. McAllen also has a team called the Valley Sol for the city’s arena football team.

This is essential that every party involved is Seeing Eye to eye on opposing issues. When everyone is happy there will be less arguing and less violence as a whole whether it’s mentally or verbally. Also, for change to be successful in its entirety each grain of essentials presented must be able to function with the belief of success. A modification of change is extremely essential in the educational system. The stakeholders involved such as the instructors, faculty, the students, and community members are all part of the progress of change.
