Speech and Debate Project For a few decades we listen to people who talk about the climate's disorder and its concequences. In the last few decades we have been warned of the facts that are going to take place if nothing changes and in the past it is always the same people who fight for a better world, always the same people who fight to grant their children a better life. Humans are the only culprits, WE are the only problem of what happens outside today. The degradation didn't begin with us, the new generation, but if we don't change the situation it will continue through many generations. The climate changes began in the 19th century with the industrial revolution. At this time, the world's population didn't know what would happen. Our grandparents knew, but they didn't teach to our parents how to slow down the events. Our parents knew and they didn't teach us either, and now? What will happen? Are we going to lead the future generation in the ignorance? As a developed country and as civilized citizens, we have the obligation to do something against the effects of climate changes, for us, and for the next generation. Developed countries who are economically and politically advanced could slow down the global warming's development, but they dont't exploit them enough. Because these developed countries have the moral obligation to mitigate the effects of climate changes, if they revealed to the world the real status of our planet I guess it could create
