Islam was able to encompass an extensive empire through conquest. In conclusion, Islamic civilization spread to encompass such an extensive empire through conquest, compromise and peaceful conversions. Methods or practices used to accomplish this were those who profess to Islam were all treated equally, and those who weren’t will be protected by the Muslims under
