It has been an extraordinarily long time since we have seen each other from our Federal Hill residences, my marriage to Anthony, and our interaction and engagement in political affairs. Although many years have passed and geographic locations have changed, I continue to keep Rhode Island events close to my heart. As such, I have been following the development of your innovative idea with the potential purchase and use of St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Currently, I am the Behavioral Health Director for the Delaware Department of Correction. The Department has a contractual agreement with a community provider for their entire medical, pharmaceutical and behavioral health services in the prisons including their community correctional facilities.
