What is a stakeholder? Who are the stakeholders of the healthcare institutions’ or medical centers’ digitalization? How does the government also play in this arena?

1. According to the text, a stakeholder is an individual or a group of individuals in which can impact or is impacted based upon the organizations mission, in which they invested money into. Essentially anyone can be a stakeholder as both medical staff and patients can both be invested. Among these individuals also are businesses owners, health groups, insurance companies etc. The government plays the big role in the fact that over see everything that is happening, and with this knowledge makes the final decisions.
