Upon our arrival I observed a male black, later identified as Victim Stanley Mixon, sitting on a chair, inside of the residence at 101 W. Washington Blvd. Mixon was wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pants. Mixon stated he thought he had a graze wound on his right side of his chest. I assisted Mixon with taking his shirt off. I observed a small, bloody wound, on Mixon’s right side of his chest. PFD Paramedics Johnson and Dodson transported Mixon to Huntington Memorial Hospital, (HMH). I conducted a follow up to HMH. At HMH, I spoke with Dr. Greco who advised me that Mixon did not have a bullet or bullet fragments inside of his body; he only suffered from a graze wound.
I spoke with Mixon and digitally recorded our conversation. The following is summary of the statement given by Mixon. Mixon stated he was sitting on a chair, on the west side of the front porch of 101 W. Washington Blvd. He said there were three other individuals on the front porch with him at the time of the shooting.
Mixon said he observed a dark red, or maroon, four door sedan traveling westbound Washington Blvd from Fair Oaks Ave. He said when the vehicle stopped in front of the residence at 101 W. Washington Blvd he observed a Male Black in the front passenger seat with his window down, and a Male Black in the rear passenger seat with his window down. Mixon stated he heard approximately six gunshots, and he believes the front passenger was the person
