My passion, experience, and education make me an ideal candidate to lead Victory Middle School to be a successful school. My experience as an assistant principal has provided my with a myriad of situations that occurs regularly in schools. I have dealt first-hand with crisis situations, teacher conflicts, upset parents, and special education issues. I have handled each with tact and a calm demeanor that has allowed for maximum protection of learning in our schools.

In addition, my educational background is superb. I have my Ed. Specialist degree; have served on many district committees; including the District Safety Committee, District Crisis Team and the dozens of trainings the district has provided.
