They basically make the human body go through a puberty again. This can result in the individual being very moody. Steroids do not have a “high” effect like other drugs, however they have long term effects that can wreck havoc on the body; these effects can alter the brain chemical, dopamine which this affects the moods and behavior of the human mind.
