They have improved so much over the years with the coaches coming up with better plans and a better scheme. Recruiting has improved they start earlier than they have in the years before. They go to high schools and colleges in the off-season to look at athletics. A lot of people believe that “professional sports is an entertainment and that youth sports is supposed to be about education and human development.(David Bornstein). Coaches may get frustrated, but he is trying to improve the game by fighting for the right call , that an umpire might call. It’s always fun watching the coaches get mad and go out there to argue with the umpire.
