In this testimony i believe Steve Harmon is not guilty of not involved in the drug store robbery, and killing of 55 year old Alguinaldo Nesbitt. The amount of evidence in this case is not enough to prove that Steve had no intention of taking part of the robbery. Richard Evans was one of the participants of the robbery and claims that steve was supposed to give a signal. An eye witness of Lorelle Henry was in the drugstore during the robbery, but only saw two robbers never a third. And also a man by the name of George Nipping who blames the murder on King and yet does not recognize Steve
