Still bodies are described as bodies born without a sign of life, it could be breath, movement or sound, they are also described as bodies that lose their lives within seven days of birth. They encounter both intrauterine and outer uterine deaths, also known as prenatal death, or at least that is the common synonym. With this idea, it is clear that when life is lost, the body becomes of no use both socially and to the environment, which includes relationships that the corpse used to have with the parents and other people, this way there is no other option but to dispose of the dead body, which in this case is the still born body. It then becomes very difficult for them on making decisions of disposing the baby’s body using options given by the health care facility at which the still body was born. Disposal options may include cremations done either by the hospital or the family itself, if done by the hospital, the family has to choose whether to keep the cremains or let the health care facility use them for energy purposes, the other option is letting the hospital use the still body for other biological uses such as organ donations to other live bodies in need, the last options is to bury the corpse at specialized burial sites or even at home, all of this is done under the authorization of the state of law, this enables the legalization of the activities that occur with the corpse involved, however, the corpse will not necessarily be labeled as medical waste because of the legal authorization to dispose the still born
