The next core value will be “We act with honesty and integrity” this will help us build a reputable business. The fourth core value will be “We have a bias for action” this means that we will work hard to ensure everything is in order with our patients. Patients want to know that their needs are taken care of head of time or on schedule. The last core value will be “We have a passion for results.” This means that every employee is work hard to get results done. When a patients conducts a sleep study, he or she wants to know the proper steps are being taken as needed to obtain the results needed or as soon as possible.
Sources used for External and Internal Analysis
Because my sister, Roxanne, already has a sleep center it will be easy for us to use her information as a source to help open a second sleep study. I believe we have an advantage of opening up a second sleep center when one is already up and running. Other sources I plan on using is a market analysis that will help determine what area or region a sleep center is most likely to be successful. Another source will be a financial adviser to help financially prepare a business plan that will help determine the financial expenses, investments, and needs to prepare for running a business.
