Strengths: I believe that my physical and mental strength, stamina, and speed are my greatest strengths. I think that when presented the opportunity I can finish well and I am a decent header of the ball. I sometimes find myself in good positions up top but sometimes get nervous and fluff the ball away. I believe that my first touch is improving but there is certainly more work needed to improve it. I believe that I’m a good tackler and I can man mark well. I believe that my ability to play a plethora of positions is also helpful and beneficial to the team.
Weaknesses: I need to improve my first touch and decision making especially in the final third. My reading of the game needs to improve. I need to work on my positioning a bit. I also need to keep my head up when I have the ball and look for smarter options to pass too. I need to work on my composure on the ball, I generally find myself panicking when I’m on the ball and looking to strike rather than pass. I feel a lot more confident striking the ball on goal then I do passing. I also need to work on checking in and out for the ball.
How to improve my weaknesses: I need to practice controlling the ball for my first touch. I need to spend time practicing how to read the game by watching more professional matches and especially professionals who play in my position and that will help my positioning as well. For composure on the ball I just need more time on it during training
