Hypothesis
My hypothesis statement for my research project is: Strict handgun laws and regulations are ineffective in stopping the rise of homicide in Chicago. My objective is to prove this theory correct by conducting a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research. I will use Survey Monkey and conducted my own unbiased 5 question survey about gun control to my fellow peers through Facebook and our school email. All respondents will be given instructions about the survey and its purpose while ensuring them their anonymity will remain.
