When it comes to fraternities and sororities each perspectives play an important role. Structural functionalism determines the way each part of society works together to move forward as a whole. Functionalism not only focuses on the accuracy of processes in the society, but it also shows how an individual is affected by these processes. Conflict theory is how inequalities contribute to societies differences. In addition, creating a solution may be a key factor to the conflict theory, however, no solution for improvement may be wanted for functionalism. Symbolic interactionism focuses on the relationship between the individuals in the
