One team with winning record
The New York Jets have only faced one team with a winning record, and that would be against the New England Patriots. I’m clearly not taking away anything from the Jets because they do have an 8-5 record, but I’m also stating facts on how the teams they’ve hasn’t had a winning record all season despite one team.
Jets team isn’t a juggernaut team that are “world beaters”
Struggling In Passing Game
The New York Jets defense have struggled stopping the pass with giving up 245 yards passing game, in addition to giving up 23 passing touchdown. That’s quite surprising being that they have one of the top defensive backs in the NFL in Darrel Revis, and Antonio Cromartie on the other side who’s not no slouch.

His receivers pretty much helps him out a lot because of how big, and physical they’re as well as running good sharp routes.
He also will miss passes by either overthrowing, or underthrowing. Fitzpaterick also gets rattled little bit when taking quarterback hits, and when he has to hold on the football little bit longer you tend to see some mistakes or missed opportunities happen.
OG Brian Winters/ RT Breno Giacomini
The way to get to Fitzpaterick will be to attack the Jets offensive guard Brian Winters. Throw twists, and stunts at him to confuse him because he’s not really a good football player, and is probably the weakest link on this offensive line.
I’ve seen teams attack him and was successful in at least getting some quarterback hits on Ryan.
Winters also likes to hold a lot because he likes to grab, so you may see some holding calls called against him on Saturday night.
Giacomini plays right tackle who is also another weak link on the Jets offensive line. He plays with no power at all which defensive ends love when they go against a tackle who has no power or strength.
What defensive lineman have done to him is push him back into the quarterback, they would make sure they get under his pads, and just use their strength to drive him
