Since Dualism claims that both the mind and bodies physical objects exists, there will be arguments that come from great philosophers such as Descartes himself. Throughout his theories in philosophy, one great argument that he made was that dualism did not exist in space and it did not have any parts attached. There is nothing wrong with dualism and I can agree on some arguments that Descartes agreed upon that the mind cannot think without a thinker. That for sure is very true and exist in our everyday life. However, when it comes to Monism I strongly believe that Materialism and Idealism are used widely in our everyday life and I myself could relate from it such as an object as a chair and idealism being the way with think in our mind. In my opinion, if we sit in a chair, which is a material object and think this chair is comfortable and soft to touch then I will most definitely be experiencing both substances at the same time making it one
