INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Xavier Escalera being a danger to himself and others. Escalera was transported to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (HMH) where he was placed on a WIC 5585 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 02-28-18 at approximately 1408 hours, Officer Myles #5970, Officer Rosa, LA County Clinician Vasquez #433353 and I responded to the above location regarding a male Hispanic who wanted to commit suicide and hurt staff members at the above location.
