Over the next three years, all certificated and classified staff will receive sufficient, on-going staff development training in order to become familiar with existing site technology, to integrate that technology into the instructional program, and to increase individual job productivity and effectiveness. The District Education Technology Committee, working in collaboration with the District Educational Services staff, will establish a comprehensive technology training program aligned with standards-based instruction and technology proficiency standards as outlined by ISTE. Staff members will complete a technology survey annually to gauge proficiency and need.
