Kenneth Bianchi committed crimes, and was found guilty. Because he was raised with anxious mother who always made him feel inadequate and humiliating. He built that hate relationship towards women and killed 12 women. Because of Frances, Kenneth had no confident in himself, and always had trouble with social skills. However; it is important for parents to help their child to develop a social skill, which Frances could not do. Kenneth was not interested in sexually abuse rather he was interested in murders.
