Finding Peace
A boy in a middle of a war named Salva and he has to get out. A Long Walk to Water is by Linda Sue Park and she is an author who wrote a true story about a kid who is in the middle of war and has to get out. Salva survives the war, because ran into a bush where his teacher told him to run if anything crudely happens.
Salva was lonely, hoping and trying to see his family desperately. Walking on the desert trying to see his family (26). He put effort see his family, because he was very young and when you're young you’re very weak. Thought he saw his mom in a refugee camp (74). He thought he saw his mom because he saw an orange scarf, but it was just someone else. Salva went to America and got news that his dad is still alive (87).
