I am reading “Gone” by Michale Grant, I am on page 418 of 558. I Predict that Sam will fight Caine and take back Peridido Beach. The reasoning for this prediction was because the Group has already began making their way back to Peridido beach to retain the city from Caine’s rule. The group has began to make their way back to the town. While on the way to the town they walk through the woods Sam and Astrid begin to talk about what life will be like if they both disappear because of the FAYZ. While they walk they learn that all the animals have began to evolve like the people have, and are trying to ponder what might happen if they aren’t able to take out Caine. They while walking begin to see Coyotes walking through the desert staring at them…show more content… After a while of walking they come to a small area with a nice patch of grass and a cabin before they enter the house they here someone running towards them then all of a sudden they are all hit by a black haired girl in through the door where she begins to barricade the door with objects. After everyone is safe and the door is shut snug and tight the group exchanges names, and learn that her name is Lana. Throughout the process of the story the group looks for a way to get Caine and relieve him from his rule over Peridido Beach. They begin to think about how they will take out Caine and reclaim Peridido Beach and learn that he has telekinesis, which makes their mission to take him out a lot harder then it originally was. The group began to conceive a plan while on their walk back to Peridido Beach. They began to ponder what the consequences would be if they were caught by drake who was one of Caine’s hunters who was in charge of finding people who broke the laws that Caine and his henchman instilled in the early days of the FAYZ.
