Anna Quindlen's essay “School’s Out for Summer” talks highly about kids being supplied free food in their schools. She also is combined with parents not being able to afford and or pay for their children's food. She is actually speaking on how some people are able to eat but in this essay they are not there are so many people out there that is considered as homeless or isn't that can't afford to take care of their children and themselves. Most of these people rely off of the school getting the children 2 meals a day 5 days a week besides breaks of course.
