Survivor Story: Joseph SherBorn in a little polish town called Krzepice, Joseph had five other siblings, 3boys and 3 girls. And Joseph was one of the boys of this family of six kids. There was no future for Jews in Poland. Jews were second class citizens. The church taught that the Jews killed Jesus. This is where the hate came from. His family had to move to a city called Czestochowa, when the German army came in. He had read a placard that said" All male Jews from the ages of 15-80 please report to the marketplace." Joseph was so scared that he hid in is attic what he said is kind of inspiring. He said "If they kill me, let them kill me here."
