This book will be used in the historiography in the family organizations’ effort in recovering the dead bodies of their beloved one. It may also be a secondary source to describe the families’ contribution in introducing new forensic technology. The book describes the collective effort of the grandmothers in Argentina who had lost their beloved ones during the terror reign of the juntas. The grandmothers not only resisted the remaining junta effort to erase the history by claiming the remains of their beloved ones, but also elicit international attention from the United Nations and the forensic technology support from the U.S. The major primary source of this book is the interviews to the grandmothers, children abducted during the junta rules,
