Workspace
In this task I am assigned with the duty to redesign the workspace so that the people sitting in the area are motivated towards innovation.
Once I am given a go ahead with redesigning the work space by my assessor after the feasibility, I shall move forward towards redesigning the workspace.
I shall pick two other stakeholders. Those stakeholders shall be the ones who shall be sitting in the area where the work space is going to be redesigned. I shall make a project team of three people, including myself. I shall clear to them the reason why they are appointed and why the redesigning of the work space is important for innovation.

For that it needs to sustain in current location and be profitable.
Innovation is important at this moment for the organization. The importance of innovation is listed below.
1. Survival: in case of Coffeeville, innovation holds a great importance in the survival of the organization. If they launch any new product and it is successful, then the company can earn its continuing status.
2. Profit: If the newly launched product is successful, it shall be profitable to the organization. The sales of the company would again raise. The more the cash in earned, more the chances of survival are raised.
3. Competition: Coffeeville is facing competition by other small businesses. This way they can compete with its competitors. Competition is the reason that has been identified for the down fall of the company. Innovation is important at this time if Coffeeville want to compete with its

She has done projects for many big companies and firms. I went to her to take help regarding the redesigning of the place. I told her the scenario that we need innovation at this point. She showed her projects (pictures) in her laptop and DSLR. I picked some ideas from her work done.
Before coming in for the meeting and discussion with the project team, I went online to get a fair estimate of the cost of the whole project. I even called vendors for their support in the estimation of cost. The most help I got from was from my friend who is the interior decorator. She helped a lot with the prices and also told me the places I could get them from in low costs.
Cost included wall painting, wall Graphics, Wall sceneries, new desks, new executive chairs, establishment of offices or open work spaces and etc.
Sketches:
I googled the sketches. I got lots of photos from there and I saved them. I discussed my efforts with my friend, and we shared our opinions. I told her my requirements and she drew sketch for me which fell within my budget limit. I also used her laptop to give me idea by drawing graphically ideas of the work space. It took us time to come to point where we both agreed at the same work space
