In today's society, there is an argument between people who say participation trophies are fine and those who say that they are harmful. Most people say that when today's children grow up, their performance in their jobs depends on whether or not they received participation trophies. This argument could go on for a very long period of time and some of us may never agree on this topic. Today’s children will never know what it’s like to lose without being awarded. Our new generation's youth has grown into earning participation trophies even when they lose.
