Keeping an open mind for an audience will guarantee that the message will be understood more clearly. One part that I noticed about myself was in my writings I knew the information beforehand and I often left out important information. When I had someone proofread my paper they would be confused because such information was missing. I was not properly using all of my information to get the main idea across properly. I needed to put myself in the shoes of an outsider and get them to understand the idea. A great way that I was able to learn more about this was through the summary analysis because I did argue with writing strategies Carolyn Y. During the profile I was having difficulty coming up with the questions I thought were necessary to know. Once I started to ask her the questions the conversation just continued and just led to further questions that anybody would ask about her situations. I found that I like to have that verbal communication
