“Schools are finally teaching what kids need to be successful in life”, written by Jenny Anderson builds research of her own, in which talks about students being taught to keep their mind,body, and soul happy. Anderson talks about Whet Moser; a researcher that talks about how teaching students the importance of self control and optimism will allow better results in academic achievement, health, and contented lifestyle. Some disagree with the concept, saying that it shouldn’t be prioritized, that the main goal is closing the gap between children academic skills. The idea is for students to improve better in themselves and in their learning abilities. The two; perseverance and learning can make a student work on problem solving, and emotional control.
