Well here is the solution for that problem, working out early morning and in the evening when the sun goes down. The early morning is also helpful if your going to the park to do drills as the crowd of people looking to play pick up have not arrived yet. The evening is helpful if your parents do not feel comfortable with you going on runs or bike rides by yourself.
