Outsourcing in the supply chain can be very challenging

a. Define supply chain A system created from different companies to produce and handle or send out a product. It has a bunch of steps it takes to get product from the supplier or customer. To many companies they depend on this supply chain. It said some companies compete to who has the best supply chain.
b. Name and explain three (3) positive features through outsourcing the supply chain
Some benefits can be minimize in overall costs with hiring an expert you can use them to train other employees. Can meet customer demand by outsourcing it can help your department take necessary steps to gain quantity or products. More Flexibility with working in a third party you also have access to there resources.
c. Name and explain three (3) negative features through outsourcing the supply chain
Some risk that will be taken are Unanticipated cost potential for hidden cost along the way when the product is leaving the third party. Integration Difficulties like once the business has been combined you never know how the transport of the product will go smoothly. Potential for setbacks the third party can be to late or not reach deadlines in certain amount of time.

d. Does ethics have anything to do with this? What?
