Taylor Swift has now filed a lawsuit against a former radio DJ claiming that he "groped" her while they were backstage for a meet and greet. Radar Online shared the news about this new lawsuit and what Swift is claiming happened to her. This all started when David Mueller filed his own suit against Swift and her team accusing them of getting him fired from his job. Mueller shared that he was working at a Colorado country music station 98.5 KYGO since 2013 and had been in this business for 20 years. After attending a Taylor Swift concert, he got into trouble and ended up being fired from his job.

In Mueller's complaint, he was told for work that he would be going to a Taylor Swift concert and could bring a date. He took his girlfriend along with him to the Swift concert. Mueller shared that they met Swift and that everything went fine with them including taking photographs with Swift and even receiving Taylor's autograph. Mueller is not just being accused of simply grabbing Swift's butt, but the documents say that he raised up her skirt and grabbed her underneath it.
