A symbiotic relationship is a type of interaction between two organisms. These interactions could be beneficial to both, beneficial to one organism and neither beneficial nor harmful to the other, or beneficial to one organism and harmful to the other. An example of a symbiotic relationship would be of sharks and Remoras. Remoras are parasitic fish that attach themselves to animals using suction, usually, on their stomach. The Remora uses its suction cup, which is on the top of its head, to attach itself to sharks. This allows them to get a free ride and eat the leftovers of the shark's meal. The Remoras also eat parasites on the shark's body. The shark does not harm or eat the Remoras.
