Anyone who exercises at high intensity will experience lactic acid as it can irritate muscles and cause discomfort and soreness. The muscle pain that can come from lactic acid process can be during or delayed onset muscle soreness.
The symptoms of lactic acid in the muscles mostly appear during the period of the exercise. These include; nausea, weakness, cramps and exhaustion.
Lactic Acid is always present in people. During high intensity exercises the circulatory system is not fast enough for the muscles’ demand for
