For example, two summers ago I played in a basketball tournament in South Sioux City, Nebraska. As I was going for a rebound, two bigger kids fell on top of me and my ankle twisted under the weight of the other two players. I hurt my ankle pretty bad and I still remember the pain. I have to live with the memory of that pain and I can’t forget it. Also, because of that injury, it is easier for me to injure that ankle. Since the initial injury, I have injured that same ankle a couple more times. Every time I injury, I think about the first ankle injury. In another game, I injured my knee. Because of that knee injury, sometimes if I twist it too far or come down on it wrong it pops out it hurts a lot. About a week ago, my friend showed me a video of another kid wrestling, he came down wrong on his arm and his elbow dislocated.
