The wireless network career company T-Mobile was slammed with a ruling from the National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday. This ruling comes after a series of complains which were presented to the court by the complainers. T-Mobile had violated the US labor act by its company documented policies. Some of the company policies did not allow workers to discuss and compare wages with their workmates. Some also forbid the workers from organizing unions that are known to advocate workers’ rights in the company. Another policy forbids workers from speaking to the media about the working condition of the company. Dibble there were a total of 11 policies that were illegal out of 13 policies that existed in the company. The ruling could not be based on the workers complains as most of the workers who were violated by the companies policies were already compensated by the company. A former worker by the name Joshua A. Coleman who was a productive member of the company reported that in January, 2012 while at work the manager spotted him on a union t-shirt that made him lose a token of a trip he had won to Puerto Rico. He later protested publically against the company’s policies that made him to be fired in May 2013.
