Tang Soo Do has helped many teens and adults to learn self-defense, be physically strong, and have a positive outlook, including children who greatly benefit the most. Teaching the martial arts to children helps them learn the importance of life skills such as self-control, self-esteem, discipline, courtesy, and respect for others. Many children have problems in solving their emotional issues if they are not active in exercise or lack ability in problem solving and decision-making.
