I would like to start off by saying thank you for your time over the last year. This case began to honor my fathers wishes by making sure Cordell Kelly Sr home went to his children (Cordell Kelly Jr and Jacqueline K Kelly). The now opponent (look for a better word) Tanisha Clay was once on Cordell Kelly and Jacqueline Kelly’s side, fighting to keep the property for them and away from Jacqueline Broxton which were Cordell Srs wishes. Tanisha Clay went as far as filing a complaint against Jacqueline Broxton in support of Jacqueline Kelly and Cordell Kelly Jr. Within this last year things have become very confusing and drawn out, however the facts remain the same. At first, the deed was questioned if it ever existed. Tanisha Clay is the person who subpoenas Christopher Seakly looking for the truth. Tanisha Clay then admitted in court she believed Cordell Kelly Sr left the house to Cordell Kelly Jr. and Jacqueline Kelly, however, wanted to “safe guard” it and put her name on the deed. She also mentioned how she spoke with her father two days before his death and he told her he had everything taken care of and when he passed everyone would know what to do. In 9 months from signing a deed to his children and 3 months before gifting his children (Jacqueline Kelly) the deed and leaving it with all other important documents for her wouldn’t one have known of the change. Ask yourself, wouldn’t he have told his daughter on his death bed that he had changed his mind? Wouldn’t he have told Marvin Smith, his mother Arlene Sission, or that same lawyer Christopher? Wouldn’t he have told Jacqueline Kelly and Cordell Kelly Jr. he changed his mind? Wouldn’t he have told Tanisha Clay, who admits she knew her dad wanted to leave the home to Cordell Kelly Jr. and Jacqueline Kelly, but no one could find the actual
