In March, the police were dispatched to an apartment complex. The apartment complex's security cameras captured a man in a tannish yellow jacket, Tanner Walker. Tanner Walker walked around the lobby before proceeding up the stairs to the second floor. The second floor security cameras captured Tanner Walker talking towards a woman named Rebecca Jackson, Tanner's ex-girlfriend and baby's mother. Rebecca was standing in the corner when Tanner Walker walked up the stairs. They talked for a couple of seconds about Tanner being able to see his baby, before a small verbal altercation occurred.
