Target Behavior Statement: Addison will use her pencil, crayons, and worksheet to complete her assignment.

Operational Definition: Addison will go back to her seat when signaled by the teacher that it is time for math. She will pick up her pencil, crayon box, and math assignment laid on her desk. She will walk to the front of the room, by the door ready for the teacher to begin the directions.

Replacement Behavior: Addison will complete assignments with the necessary tools. “Completing assignments with necessary tools” refers to finishing all assignments with a pencil, crayons, and worksheets.
