Thank you all for coming today. I’d like to propose that, at the beginning of each year, all Target Corporation employees will be required to sign an acknowledgment form certifying that they have read and understand the Business Conduct Guide.

Currently, no such regulations exist. The Business Conduct Guide states that “every team member in every part of the organization plays a role and is required to understand and follow applicable laws, company policies and complete required annual training” (https://corporate.target.com/_media/TargetCorp/csr/pdf/business-conduct-guide-2016.pdf). There is nothing regarding acknowledgment of reading this document.
