Different types of contract 

Written contract

This contract must be written and signed by the parties, writing contract also must:

Be presented to and understood by all parties to be valid; and

Be recognized by all parties as a contract, that is, it must look like a contract and not simply a receipt or docket
Also, once a contract is signed, it is assumed that all the terms have been read and agreed to.



Verbal Agreement

Verbal agreements rely on the good faith of all the parties involved and can be difficult to prove as opposed to written contracts. The following are some ways in which verbal agreements can be supported:

Different types of contract 

Face to face: A contract can be made by the employer if it’s a face to face. This can be during the interview takes place. Or if its for a tenant and a landlord, the contract can also be made face to face which outlines certain conditions of what the tenant is allowed to do and if they are limited to anything. When it comes to an employer to an employees, they can yes at first but after the interview, they can begin to have second thoughts about what they agreed on



Distance Contract : A distance sale contract is one that is finalized without any face to face contact, for example by internet, mail order, phone or television.



Telephone contract : Contracts can be created verbally over the phone. They do not have to be written down. If you say something along the lines of ‘I would like to buy this item’ that may count as your offer to buy the goods or service



Mail contract : When you fill in an order form to buy something from a mail order brochure or in response to an advert, it is likely that you are making an offer to buy
