121st PL SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Stanislav Vorobets, stated his mother, Tatyana Vorobets, and father,
Ruslan Vorobets, were arguing in their bedroom. While enroute dispatch advised
Stanislav said Tatyana tried to call 911 prior but Ruslan had broke her phone, and added Ruslan had been drinking alcohol.
I arrived and contacted Stanislav at the front door of the residence. Stanislav told me Tatyana and Ruslan were arguing most of the night in their bedroom on the second floor of the residence. Stanislav said he was downstairs the whole time they were arguing, and at one point he heard a loud noise that sounded as if something was thrown against a wall. Stanislav said he went upstairs to his parents bedroom and observed Tatyana's cell phone, which was an iPhone 6, was broken. Stanislav went upstairs and returned shortly after with Tatyana's phone. Tatyana stated Ruslan was intoxicated from alcohol, and was arguing with her in their bedroom because she had taken her wedding ring off her finger. Tatyana said she went downstairs to the kitchen and heard a loud noise in her bedroom as if something was thrown against a wall. Tatyana said she went to the room and observed he phone was broken on the floor. Tatyana said Ruslan told her he broke threw and broke the phone because he was upset with her and did not want her making phone calls. Tatyana said she Ruslan did not prevent her from calling 911 because she did not plan on calling
