A) Staff ‘s policies - Every school has policies and procedures to support staff and protect them in the situation of happening such as threatening behaviour and violence.
Every school policy should outline the staff’s responsibilities relating to the following: -
• Whistleblowing policy – are in place to encourage staff to report any suspected behaviour and direct them to find the way to raise their concerns to the right staff as they have the responsibility to act on the concerns raised according to the standards board for England’s whistleblowing policy and procedures.
• Confidentially in record keeping as in a place to meet the legal requirements to improve the welfare of children.

Teachers responsibility to make each task clear enough for children to understand to able them progress and improve in their learning, encourage children to use different mathematics skills such as problem – solving and use of IT to support their information technology learning skills.
According to the school policy, the teachers are responsible for using a positive behaviour method such as praise and rewards (person of the week) also, it’s the teacher’s responsibilities to be aware of any of the children needs and any additional educational needs that the child needs to support them to achieve the best in their learning.
D) Equality, diversity and inclusion policies and procedures are in place to meet all children’s needs apart from their backgrounds, social life, gender, their special educational needs as this able them to feel they are valued and safety.
Equality policy in the school setting is set to treat all children equally and to have an equal chance to get access to the school lifetime.
