Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to provide a report and overview of a team dimension exercise I took in the textbook. On the response page, I scored (35) for the cross symbol, (22) for the triangular symbol, (27) for the circular symbol (32) for the square symbol.
Interpretation Stage I: Personal Approach
The personal approach involves individuals combining their natural thinking and behavioral preferences into an approach. I realized after the exercise that I am more suited for the Methodical approach. From the exercise, I came to understand that, I prefer order, stability and rationality. I would like to face problems with a step by step process while examining details and thinking carefully over things before making decisions. I quite remember a situation in high school when visitors came into our school, and as the protocol prefect I had to get them seats. The seats available for the function were not enough and I had little time to make a decision in spte of this, I decided to hold on and think carefully about what to do. This went a long way to help me as I ended up making the right decision.
Interpretation Stage II: Roles
This stage basically involves approaches to innovation and teamwork by individuals in a group. Results from the workbook tells me that my role is that of an executor. An executer is supposed to follow up on team objectives and implement ideas and solutions. A similar example is still back in high school where as the protocol prefect, I execute most of the ideas and tasks laid out by the prefect body.
Interpretation Stage III: Pattern The third and final
