This pattern is known as a "reverse head and shoulders" or a "head and shoulders bottom". On the left shoulder (2011 August –September) the price decline and moves higher. On the head another decline occurs (2012 May-June). On the right shoulder the price then moves higher and moves back lower but not as low as the head.(2012 September-October-November). The point of breakout is when most traders following the pattern would enter the security. (December 2012) Investors should sell their shares before the price break down. Head and shoulders bottom is considered to be a positive sing.
