Telemedicine is a growing controversial issue in today’s healthcare. Telemedicine is the exchange of medical information from one site to another via electronic communication to improve patient’s clinical health (Levine & Goldschlag, 2015). This system of healthcare delivery is virtually practicable in some area of medicine like neurology where time from door to administration of thrombolytic is of essence and psychiatric medicine.
