I think the most important and critical out all the ten dumbest mistakes for a PM is number two. Overlooking stakeholder, forgetting the champions and ignoring the nemesis is not only dumb or stupid, but also selfish, ignorant, and greedy. I have seen this in the past with not only in IT projects for the US Army and the Department of Defense, but also in the reconstruction project of strategic economic importance after the War’s of 9/11 in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each of course with it’s own value of unforgiving disaster’s in many violation of basic PM organizational and technical skills. As human, we forget that other parties that are dependent of the project itself, but also the cost, location, any cultural, religious value involved,
