My Top Terminal Values is Family Security, A Comfortable Life, An Exciting Life that explain my leadership style. The Family Security is being able to take care of my family. My Family is the reason I attend Grand Canyon University to Online to get higher education before I retired out the military.
The second terminal value is a comfortable Life, why should it matter so my family want to have no worries when I retired out the Army. To ease the fear, I signed up for Onward to Opportunity for the Phase 2 web-based learning Certified Associate in Project Management Program and attained my Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation Specialist Certificate Program. I also attained my Associate Degree from Central Texas Colleges General Studies and current attending Grand Canyon University for my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

The health is the first instrumental value why I should think about changing the thing I do to get better fit so, will be around longer. Me and the stuff I eat is not good for me and enough is enough got change. I make bad choices and not enough good ones to make a difference.
The second instrumental values are pleasure why should it matter to me an enjoyable leisurely life. I need to work on enjoying myself and the family more and not think about school and working to take care of the family. The old saying is you can make all the money in the world but when you died it stay back without you. So, long story enjoys what you have because the day is not promise to us.
The last instrumental values are clean why should it matter to me because I should always have been neat and tidy. Being a leader, I must work on put stuff away where they belong and in order. My biggest problem that drive my wife crazy is leaving papers everywhere around the
